Program and Marketing Manager
POSITION SUMMARY: Program and Marketing Manager is a full-time exempt position which oversees the management, administration, and promotion of HTC's educational and organizational programs, resources, and events. This high-level staff member can work independently and with a team, is highly goal driven, thinks innovatively, is well educated in Respect Life ethics, and has a heart for the unique mission of HTC. He or she possesses a minimum of 5 years of marketing skills and project management and/or event management experience, and a college degree or additional related work experience.
Manage and coordinate all aspects of HTC educational programs to ensure successful outcomes, including K-8, high school, homeschool, colleges and universities, campus-based clubs, and adult programs.
MARKETING AND PUBLIC RELATION
Create and manage marketing and public relations plans and strategies to promote HTC, to increase awareness of the organization and its mission, and to promote our programs and resources.
Write press releases; web, blog, and social media content; publications; and other materials that the promotion of HTC and its programs and resources.
PRINT AND MEDIA RESOURCES
Manage and maintain all print and media resources; help train teachers, religious educators, and other implementers; manage field testing projects; and available to travel to trade shows for exhibits.
Manage and oversee all aspects of HTC special events, to ensure successful outcomes.
WEB AND SOCIAL MEDIA
Direct social media team, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.; manage e-newsletters, e-blasts, and two websites.
The position requires some lifting, driving, long distance travel, and occasional evening and weekend work.
